  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until well combined.
