A protein-packed breakfast toast featuring creamy cottage cheese, soft-boiled eggs, and a kick of Sriracha sauce.

Ingredients

  • Whole grain bread
  • Cottage cheese
  • Eggs
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread until crispy.
  2. Boil water in a pot and add the eggs, cooking for 6-7 minutes for soft-boiled.
  3. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool, then peel.
  4. Spread cottage cheese generously on the toast.
  5. Slice the soft-boiled egg and place it atop the cottage cheese.
  6. Drizzle Sriracha sauce over the top.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat cottage cheese. Experiment with different types of bread for varied flavors.
