A simple yet delicious toast topped with creamy cottage cheese, soft-boiled eggs, and a spicy drizzle of Sriracha.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Sriracha sauce to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Toast whole grain bread until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Soft-boil the eggs to your preferred level of doneness and peel them carefully.
  3. Spread cottage cheese generously on each slice of toasted bread.
  4. Place the soft-boiled eggs on top of the cottage cheese.
  5. Drizzle Sriracha sauce over the eggs and season with salt and pepper.

Notes
