Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, egg, and olive oil in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl until well blended.
  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Flour a clean surface lightly and roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
