A healthy and quick breakfast option featuring creamy cottage cheese and sweet banana on crispy wholegrain toast.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice Wholegrain toast
  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread until it’s golden brown.
  2. Spread cottage cheese on top of your warm toast.
  3. Arrange banana slices over the cottage cheese.
  4. Drizzle honey over the banana slices.
  5. Sprinkle chia seeds on top.
  6. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.

Notes

Consider adding sliced almonds or walnuts for extra crunch. A side of Greek yogurt with berries is a great complement.
