Delightful wraps made with creamy cottage cheese, crispy bacon, and fresh tomatoes, perfect for a quick meal or as a hearty snack.

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour or coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 2 tomatoes, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet in an even, thin layer.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wraps are set and lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  6. Layer the cream cheese, crispy bacon, and diced tomatoes on top.
  7. Roll the wraps tightly and enjoy.
