Delicious and hearty breakfast sliders filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese, perfect for brunch or quick meals.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 scrambled eggs
  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 6 slices crispy bacon
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground pork sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  2. Scramble the eggs in a separate pan until fluffy and fully cooked.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy, then remove and let it drain on paper towels.
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  5. Layer the sausage, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and top with cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each roll.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls back on each sandwich.
  7. Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
