  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir in the chopped herbs and lemon juice, creating a fragrant mixture.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with additional salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet, generously coating them with the buttery mixture.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with any remaining butter sauce for an extra burst of flavor.
