Savory ground beef and melted cheese wrapped in fluffy biscuit dough, perfect for a quick dinner or snack.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Ketchup and mustard, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the instructions provided on the biscuit dough package.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Brown the meat for about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until it’s melted and creamy.
  4. Roll out the biscuit dough on a clean surface. Cut it into circles using a cookie cutter or a glass.
  5. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold over the dough to encase the filling and seal the edges by pressing down with a fork.
  7. Bake as directed on the biscuit package, around 10-15 minutes, until they turn golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. They freeze well; reheat in the oven or microwave.
