Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking dish.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk together the wet ingredients—pumpkin puree, eggs, and oil—in another bowl until frothy.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the wet one gradually, stirring gently until everything is combined.
