Delicious and easy-to-make Cheddar Scallion Treats that are perfect for snacks or appetizers, combining sharp cheddar cheese and fresh scallions for a comforting flavor.

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallions
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar, chopped scallions, flour, softened butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually mix in the cold water until a dough forms.
  4. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to approximately 1/4 inch thick.
