  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups hash browns (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Let it cool before crumbling it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  4. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish. Layer in the hash browns, then the crumbled bacon, and finally the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers, ensuring everything is well coated.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
