  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  4. Layer the frozen hash browns in a greased baking dish, then add the chopped bacon and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered ingredients.
