Hearty breakfast sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar cheese – perfect for brunch!

Ingredients

  • 8 sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. Whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  5. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheddar cheese over the bottom halves.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
  8. Mix the melted butter with the ranch dressing and brush generously over the tops of the sliders.
  9. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy every bite!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. Reheat in the oven for best results.
