Delicious breakfast sliders filled with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, gooey cheddar cheese, and savory ranch butter on soft Hawaiian rolls.

Ingredients

  • Fluffy scrambled eggs
  • Crispy bacon
  • Gooey cheddar cheese
  • Hawaiian rolls
  • Savory ranch butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Set it aside on paper towels to absorb any excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, scramble the eggs until fully cooked. Don’t forget to season with salt and pepper for flavor!
  4. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  5. Layer the scrambled eggs evenly over the rolls, then add the crispy bacon, finishing with gooey cheddar cheese.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls back on the assembled layers and drizzle generously with savory ranch butter.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the top is golden brown.

Notes
