Delicious breakfast sliders with crispy bacon, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melted cheddar, perfect for family brunches or casual mornings.

Ingredients

  • 12 small slider buns
  • 12 slices of bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • Optional: hot sauce or your favorite condiments

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy and transfer to paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Melt the butter in the same skillet over medium heat, then pour in the egg mixture and scramble until softly cooked.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Slice each slider bun in half and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  7. Layer each bottom half with a slice of bacon and spoonful of the egg and cheese mixture.
  8. Top with the other half of the buns.
  9. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the buns are toasted and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Serve warm, optionally drizzled with hot sauce.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil the sliders for the last minute. Feel free to swap ingredients as desired.
