Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, Ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the creamy mixture.
  5. Dredge the coated chicken tenders in crushed Ritz crackers.
  6. Arrange the tenders on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature is 165°F.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
