  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 68 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Green onions, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the cream cheese and ranch seasoning on top of the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  5. Stir in the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon until melted and thoroughly combined.
  6. Serve the creamy mixture on sandwiches or over rice, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Greek yogurt for the cream cheese. Use high-quality bacon for the best flavor.
