  • 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing well.
  4. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish and arrange the tater tots evenly at the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon generously over the tater tots.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots and bacon.
  7. Finish by topping with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is golden and set in the middle.
