  • 4 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet.
  3. Spread a layer of softened goat cheese evenly over the pastry.
  4. Spoon the cranberry sauce over the goat cheese, spreading it evenly to cover.
  5. Roll the pastry tightly from one side to form a log.
  6. Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with the beaten egg for a beautiful, golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until they puff up and turn golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
