Delicious, gooey bagels topped with creamy cheese and crispy bacon, perfect for brunch or a quick snack.

  • 4 bagels
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split each bagel in half and arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and chives (if using). Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then mix until well combined.
  4. Generously spread the cream cheese and bacon mixture over each bagel half.
  5. Place them in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
