  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the heavy cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  4. Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish.
