Refreshing and delightful frozen yogurt bites that are dairy-free and customizable with your favorite fruits and nuts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (like berries or mango)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dairy-free yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Gently fold in your choice of fresh fruit and nuts or granola if using.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins.
  4. Freeze for at least 240 minutes or until completely solid.
  5. To serve, simply pop the frozen bites out of the molds and enjoy your refreshing treat!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. Let sit at room temperature for a few minutes for easier removal from molds.
