A creamy, lemony dip made with feta cheese and Greek yogurt, perfect for snacks and parties.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita bread or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Put the feta, Greek yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, and dried oregano into a mixing bowl.
  2. Whip the mixture until smooth and creamy using a hand mixer or a blender.
  3. Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
  4. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve with pita bread or your favorite crackers.

Notes

For a smokier flavor, substitute oregano with za’atar. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
