A quick and comforting creamy garlic chicken dish, perfect for weeknight dinners and family gatherings.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook each side for 6-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Gradually mix in the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and soak in the creamy sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  7. Plate the chicken hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
