  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Once done, remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute, or until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the grated parmesan cheese and stir frequently until melted and creamy.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, ensuring each piece is coated well with the sauce. Allow it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to reheat.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.

For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil, garlic, and herbs for an hour before cooking. Cook over medium heat to avoid burning the garlic.
