4 chicken fillets

4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Add them to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about one minute, or until fragrant.
Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese along with the red pepper flakes, if using. Mix until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
