  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Steam or blanch the broccoli florets until just tender. Drain well and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, minced garlic, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Spread the chicken and broccoli mixture into the prepared baking dish evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
