  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Season your mixture with salt and pepper to suit your taste.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Top with the grated Parmesan cheese for that delicious, bubbly crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
