  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Sear them for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they develop a golden crust. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes and Italian seasoning, combining for enhanced flavor.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, then reduce the heat to low.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and forms a smooth sauce.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it generously with the sauce. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
