A comforting and creamy ramen dish featuring tender chicken, savory broth, and hearty noodles, perfect for quick weeknight dinners.

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, add to the pot, and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
  4. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms to the same pot and sauté until the mushrooms are tender.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and soy sauce, and bring it to a boil.
  6. Add the ramen noodles to the pot and cook according to package instructions until tender.
  7. Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  8. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pot, mixing everything together.
  9. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat gently, adding a splash of chicken broth or water to loosen the sauce.
