  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, then sear chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, and grated Parmesan cheese; whisk until well mixed.
  5. Arrange the seared chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a tangy twist, substitute heavy cream with sour cream or Parmesan with Gruyère.
