Ingredients
Scale
4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken thighs dry and generously season them with salt and pepper.
In a skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Sear the chicken thighs for about 5 minutes on each side until they have a golden brown crust.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, paprika, and grated Parmesan until smooth and well combined.
Transfer the seared chicken thighs to a baking dish. Pour the creamy sauce over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Once done, garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
Notes
For a lighter option, use boneless skinless chicken thighs. For a dairy-free version, substitute heavy cream with coconut cream.
