Creamy Oven Baked Chicken Thighs offer a delightful blend of flavors, turning any weeknight dinner into a feast with tender chicken enveloped in a rich garlic Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken thighs in the skillet for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. While the chicken cooks, combine the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic in a bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Pour the creamy mixture over the browned chicken in the skillet.
  7. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, swap the heavy cream for Greek yogurt. If using chicken breasts instead of thighs, be mindful of shorter cooking times.
