A delightful and easy recipe for crispy breakfast potatoes made in an air fryer, perfect for brunch or as a side dish.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large potatoes (about 500 g), peeled or unpeeled
  • 1½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the potatoes into small cubes for better cooking and maximum crispiness.
  2. Toss the potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and dried herbs if using.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 200°C (about 390°F).
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even crisping.
  6. Continue cooking until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the air fryer for about 5 minutes to restore crispiness.
