Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Cutlets are a delightful meal that balances comfort food and healthier eating, made easy with an air fryer.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg until blended.
  4. Take each chicken breast and dip it into the beaten egg, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  5. Coat each chicken breast with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing slightly to adhere.
  6. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
  7. Place the chicken cutlets in the basket in a single layer.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping the cutlets halfway through until they are golden brown and fully cooked.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
