Juicy chicken breasts coated in a creamy Parmesan mixture that turns crispy in the air fryer, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the mixture, ensuring it’s well-coated.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and give them a light spray of cooking spray.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
