  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and herbs.
  4. Rub this mixture all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Lay the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the chicken is fully cooked.
