A comforting and luxurious dish featuring crispy chicken breasts served with a silky, garlicky cream sauce.

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts (or 2 large halved)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, place the chicken in the pan and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, until beautifully golden brown and crispy. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add the minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Gradually pour in the cream while stirring continuously. Mix in the Italian seasoning and the grated parmesan, stirring until fully incorporated and creamy. If using spinach, toss it in now and let the mixture simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Combine and Serve: Return the crispy chicken to the skillet, coating it in the rich garlic sauce. Allow everything to simmer together for an additional minute before removing from heat. Serve the chicken hot.
