A cozy blend of flavors that transforms weeknight dinners into delightful experiences with a rich, creamy sauce over tender chicken.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet of Italian dressing mix
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 8 oz angel hair pasta
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by placing the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the Italian dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, and chicken broth until smooth.
  3. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours, or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  5. During the last 30 minutes of cooking, prepare the angel hair pasta according to the package instructions.
  6. Once the chicken is done, shred it inside the crock pot using two forks and stir it into the sauce.
  7. Serve the flavorful chicken sauce over the cooked angel hair pasta and finish with a sprinkle of chopped parsley for garnish.

Notes

For added flavor, you can replace cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom and try different pasta shapes. Pair with a fresh salad or garlic bread.
