  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 cup biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your Crock Pot.
  2. Add the frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Stir everything to combine well.
  3. Cover the Crock Pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked and the flavors have melded beautifully.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, cut the biscuit dough into manageable pieces and place them on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Cover again and allow the biscuits to cook until they’re golden brown.
  6. Serve piping hot and enjoy!
