A heartwarming and comforting chicken pot pie made effortlessly in the crock pot with tender chicken, mixed vegetables, and fluffy biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tube of refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. In your crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried thyme. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Cut the refrigerated biscuits into quarters and gently fold them into the chicken mixture.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 4–5 hours until biscuits are fluffy and filling is bubbling.
  4. Spoon portions into bowls or onto plates while warm and serve.

Notes

Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken or any pre-cooked chicken for convenience. Pair with a fresh green salad or crusty bread.
