  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes for serving

Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, place the chicken breasts.
  2. Add the chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Gently stir to combine all the ingredients.
  7. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  8. Once done, serve the creamy chicken over your choice of pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
