  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 12 tablespoons chili paste (to taste)
  • Cooked rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In your crockpot, combine the diced chicken and roasted peanuts.
  2. Add the mixed vegetables on top.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic, minced ginger, and chili paste, ensuring everything is well coated with the sauce.
