  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Mix together the heavy cream, chicken broth, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour this creamy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s well coated.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken right in the sauce and stir until it’s evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve over rice or pasta.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half or Greek yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
