Delightful breakfast sandwiches featuring buttery croissants, fluffy scrambled eggs, gooey cheddar cheese, and crispy bacon.

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants, sliced in half
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon or sausage patties
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) if you plan to bake or reheat the assembled sandwiches.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk the large eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat the tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Pour in the egg mixture and scramble until the eggs are fully cooked.
  5. Slice the croissants in half; toast them lightly if desired.
  6. Assemble your sandwich: Place a slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
  7. Add a generous serving of scrambled eggs, followed by a slice of bacon or sausage.
  8. Top with the other half of the croissant.
