  • 2 tablespoons pickle brine
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese blended with 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning and a squeeze of lemon

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until spices are evenly distributed.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken mixture for about 7-10 minutes, or until fully cooked and no longer pink.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan until heated through.
  4. In a non-stick skillet, melt the cheese until golden brown and crispy, shaping it into a lace piece as it cools.
