Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Soy sauce
  • Brown sugar
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Ppour teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and minced ginger over the chicken, ensuring it is well-coated.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks.
  5. Mix cornstarch with a little water to form a slurry and add it to the crockpot.
  6. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
  7. Serve the teriyaki chicken over rice and enjoy!

Notes
