Quick and juicy baked chicken thighs seasoned with simple spices, perfect for busy weeknights or gatherings.

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the spice mixture generously all over the chicken thighs.
  5. Place the chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to four days. To reheat, bake at 350°F or microwave briefly.
