Tender, juicy chicken breasts coated in a creamy ranch dressing and Parmesan mixture, baked until golden brown and flavorful.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for crispiness)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk together the mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, and grated Parmesan cheese in a small bowl until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the ranch mixture over each breast, ensuring they are well-coated.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top if you want an extra crunch.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (74 degrees Celsius) and the topping is golden brown.
  6. Let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
